Our services

We provide a platform for listing of land/plots, houses, condominium apartments for sale and purchase. The details can be accessed on our website and viewing can be arranged by making an appointment through our office.
We assist clients with a range of properties available for rent including houses and apartments in various areas suitable for their needs. You can access some of the available rental properties online on our website.
We have a dedicated and responsive property management team. If you own a property and would like to be relieved of the hustles involved such as rent collection, minor repairs and rental tax filing, our services come in handy. We charge a management fee of 7% and can discuss the details to suit your needs. Our team includes managers, plumbers, electricians and caretakers.
At Oakland properties, we pride in ensuring professionalism in all we do. We cater to the needs of clients who require support with planning for their construction projects, whether residences or commercial. We work with reputable architects, structural engineers and construction firms to develop plans with client’s input, submit them for approval permits, and carry out construction under regular supervision. Our fees are affordable and the client gets value for money, a well-planned, professionally delivered project in time.
When purchasing a property, due diligence is most important. Yet many people tend not to give it the importance it deserves, often to their detriment.
We have a legal team that carries out quick property and title verification and search report at a fee of UGX 250,000 per plot to be verified. Oakland properties also handles transfer of titles and registrations with URSB.
